Creative Encounters: We Knead to Talk

From gyoza to empanadas to apple turnovers – all dumplings are welcome at our table. Join SPILLLL, a collective of ESEA queer female creatives, to unfold the joy of folding dumplings, and leave full with new connections, stories and a handmade dumpling keychain. Together, we create our salt dough and fold shapes from memories, traditions and imaginations to make beautiful keepsakes filled with our stories, as we invite you to share your reflections on home and food. About the artists SPILLLL is a London-based collective serving up a feast of feminism, queerness, non-Western heritage, food politics and marginalised communal narratives. Creative Encounters is your creative space in the heart of the city, bringing together Londoners old and new for art, making and conversation.
